Carpets / Rugs / Upholstery / Curtains / Pet Beds / Mattresses

Blot first. Remove any solid mess and blot up excess moisture — press, don’t rub.
Saturate the spot. Soft surfaces soak messes down below the surface, so spray enough to reach where it actually settled — not just the top. You want the stain and the odor fully contacted.
Let it air dry. Give it time to work — about an hour or more on soft surfaces. Don’t blot it dry mid-process; the drying is part of the job.
Repeat if needed. Older or set-in messes may take a second round. That’s normal — just reapply until the smell and stain are gone.

Quick tip: On anything delicate or brightly colored, test a small hidden area first.

Hardwood / Tile / Linoleum / Kennels / Crates

Clear the area. Pick up any solid mess and wipe up excess liquid first.
Apply Skedazzle. Spray to cover the spot, getting into seams, grout lines, and edges where messes seep in. On sealed hard floors, a light, even coat is enough — no need to flood it.
Let it work, then wipe. Give it a few minutes (30 mins) of dwell time, then wipe with a cloth. Skip rinsing — that just dilutes the formula before it finishes the job.
Repeat for tough spots. Older or set-in messes may need a second round — reapply until it’s gone.

Quick tip: Wood & laminate: These are water-based formulas, and too much moisture can swell or warp wood — light coat, wipe, repeat rather than saturate. Only use on sealed/finished floors.

Concrete & patio: The opposite — these are porous, so saturate generously and give it time; more than one round is normal.

Clothing / Bedding / Blankets / Washable Covers / Towels

Blot and pretreat. Blot up any fresh mess, then spray Skedazzle directly onto the spot and work it into the fabric.
Let it dwell. Give it about 30 minutes to break down the stain before washing. For set-in messes, a longer soak helps.
Wash warm — not hot. Machine wash as usual with your regular detergent. Use warm (not hot) water — high heat can reduce the formula’s effectiveness.
Air-dry, then check. Air-dry the item and confirm the stain’s fully gone before putting it in the dryer — dryer heat can set a stain that isn’t fully out. Repeat if needed.
