A note on what Skedazzle does — and doesn't — do. Skedazzle is built to eliminate stains and odors at the source, and it's powerful at exactly that. What it isn't is a behavior fix. Skedazzle does not prevent or stop a pet from marking. Marking is a behavioral pattern, and the most effective results come when Skedazzle is paired with consistent training. Think of it as one essential part of the system, not the whole solution.

Where you bought it matters. This guarantee covers Skedazzle purchased directly from us. If you bought Skedazzle from a retail store or another seller, we're not able to process your guarantee request — but the retailer can help you with their own return policy. Just reach out to them with your proof of purchase.
