Hey Pet Parents — thanks for choosing Skedazzle. We know you're ready to get that bottle in hand and we're on it. Most orders head out the door quickly, but a heads-up: during busy stretches, carriers can move a little slower than usual, so delivery may take a bit longer than normal. Shipping Policy

Getting your order to you comes down to two things: how long it takes us to process your order, and how long the carrier takes to deliver it.

We usually start on your order the moment it comes in, and orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Anything placed after hours may not get started until the next business day.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, not counting U.S. federal holidays.

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but once it's in the carrier's hands, delays from shipping issues or other factors outside our control aren't something we're able to take responsibility for.

Credit Card Policy

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Just a heads-up: when you place your order, we'll request an immediate authorization from your card issuer to reserve the funds for your purchase.
